Golden Tag maintains a 70% interest in 100 claims in the Kyfanan Lake area of the Grenville Province of Eastern Labrador. These claims were subsequently joint-ventured to Peruvian Gold Ltd., who can earn a 50% interest in the claims by expending $1 million on exploration before October 16, 1998. Eighty five line miles of magnetics have been flown over the claims, and an exploration program is under way by Peruvian in the area.
