Golden Tag Resources Ltd. (the "Company"), announces that subject to regulatory approval, it has sold 340,000 common shares of the Company on a flow-through basis at $0.50 per share by way of private placement. All of the proceeds will be used for exploration on the Company's properties.
The average closing price of the Company's shares as traded on the Vancouver Stock Exchange on the 10 days preceding October 11, 1996 was $0.42 per share.
