Montreal, Quebec -Golden Tag Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:GOG) announces results from a program of 115 line-kilometres of line-cutting and ground magnetic surveying on the Aquilon Extension property, James Bay, Quebec (see News Release of March 7, 2006). The program has traced a banded iron formation horizon, estimated to be 60 metres wide using ground geophysics (magnetics) over an area of approximately 10 sq. km. held jointly by Golden Tag (60%) and Sirios Resources Inc. (40%). Interpretation of the new data supports multiple refolding of the favourable target horizon with 10 areas where the magnetic trend is broken. In addition one area, 800 metres long, shows a highly suppressed magnetic signature. These are prime areas for gold exploration in this environment.
