DAVID M. RIGG P.Geo, Director and CEO

David was appointed CEO of the Company in November, 2005 and has been a director since 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, including work on exploration and mine development programs in Ontario and Quebec . He has worked for Agnico-Eagle Mines in Val D'Or , Quebec in various capacities including Exploration Manager, Agnico-Eagle Mines, and has gained international experience in Africa and Sweden . He contributed to the discovery of the Musselwhite Mine and was a member of the Laronde Mine discovery team awarded Prospector of the Year by the Quebec Prospectors Association in 1995. David obtained a B.A. and M.A. from King's College, Cambridge University , England in 1978 and an M.Sc at Queen's University in 1980. David is President and CEO of Alexis Minerals Corporation.

MARC A. CARRIER, Director, President & CFO

Marc has been President and a Director of Golden Tag since 1990 and previously was a Controller and Manager of Financial Analysis with one of Canada 's major banks. He has over 20 years experience in the management and financing of public companies and has been a director of several companies mainly in the mining industry, and also internet related industries. He holds a degree in Economics from Concordia University in 1972 and a Chartered Financial Planning (CFP) designation. He is President of Carrier Capital, a private company.

BRUCE ROBBINS, P.Geo, Director

Bruce has over 25 years experience working as a geologist in the exploration and mining industry in Canada, South America, Africa, Mexico, and the United States. He holds an M.Sc.A in mineral exploration from McGill University.

GEORGE DURST, Director

George is a prominent Montreal businessman who founded the House of Jazz, Cage aux Sports and other Montreal based establishments and businesses. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Saratoga Electronic Solutions Inc.

JAMIE LEVY, Director

Jamie has twenty years of financial market experience having worked with Taurus Capital and Byron Securities culminating as Vice-President, Trading and Head Trader with Pinetree Capital Inc responsible for Pinetree's investment portfolio. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Concordia University.

TALAL CHEHAB, Director

Talal, an Ontario lawyer, operates a law firm in Toronto specializing in corporate-commercial law. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Toronto in 1984 and obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from Osgoode Law School, York University in 1987.
